Frequently Asked Questions

Check Our Frequently Asked Questions

How does your project Ensure Fairness unbiasedness in its operation

Our robust application is designed with fairness and inclusivity at its core. We ensure that every individual, regardless of their state, has the opportunity to make a purchase once a month. This approach guarantees equal access to resources for everyone, promoting a balanced and unbiased experience for all users.

How do you Identify Individuals and stops multiple purchase

Our system is designed to identify individuals by linking purchases to their unique National Identification Number (NIN). This ensures that access is granted only once per calendar month to each NIN, effectively preventing multiple purchases and maintaining the integrity of the process.

Why the Subsidy Fee

The subsidy fee is essential for enabling the government to run this initiative effectively. The goods on our platform are sold at the exact price they were purchased, with no markup. The subsidy fee allows the government to manage the smooth operation of this program and cover any other costs associated with carrying out this initiative.

Can a Family of 6 grown adults make purchase to the same household?

This is one of the key reasons we developed the rebag plan. Under this plan, foodstuffs like rice and others can be rebagged into various bag sizes, weighed in kilograms. This approach ensures that even if multiple adults from the same household make purchases, the family won't end up hoarding excessive amounts of food. Additionally, we are collaborating with the government to further strengthen and refine this approach to maintain fairness and prevent abuse of the system.

What are the quality value of your Foodstuffs especially local produce

We prioritize the safety and well-being of Nigerians in our mission to ensure food reaches your table. To achieve this, we will collaborate closely with government bodies such as NAFDAC and others to maintain high-quality standards for all foodstuffs, especially local produce. Additionally, we will establish strict guidelines on the duration a particular food item can remain on sale before it is deemed "harmful" and no longer fit for consumption. This approach ensures that all food products offered are safe and of the highest quality.
